What age group are Mizo Toys suitable for?
Mizo Toys are designed for children aged 1 to 6 years. The content and interaction are carefully curated to suit toddlers and preschoolers.
What kind of content does the toy play?
Each toy comes preloaded with:
Introduction of the toy character
1 soothing lullaby (25 minutes)
10 nursery rhymes (1-3 minutes each)
10 children’s stories (3-5 minutes each)
The content is designed to be calming, engaging, and age-appropriate.
The content can be customized for bulk orders.

How do I operate the toy?
The toy has simple controls at the back with clear markings:
Middle button: Play / Pause
Left button: Previous track / Long press for volume down
Right button: Next track / Long press for volume up
It also includes an ON/OFF switch and a Type-C charging port.
How is the toy powered?
The toy has a rechargeable battery and can be charged using a standard Type-C USB cable (cable not included) used for mobile charging. The battery has a service life with up to 500 charge cycles.
How long the toy will play after full charge?
The toy can play continuously more than 6 hours after fully charging the battery. The slider switch should be in OFF position while not playing.
When do I charge?
The toy will stop playing once the battery is low after making a brief chattering sound (2-3 sec). It must be charged immediately.
It is recommended to charge once in 2-3 days for daily usage, else once in a week.
